Paul holds a degree in Economics from Université Paris II and a graduation from ISG in Paris majored in Entrepreneurship. Joined the Banking sector in 1997, executing positions in Singapore and Paris for companies such as SocGen and ABN Amro. In 2006 as a board member of Smart Energies Group, Paul became head of Finance and Real Estate. In 2013 Paul was appointed as the President of Smart Energies Advisory board. Currently based in Lisbon where he co-founder of Lenilorac I&P Real Estate. Lenilorac holds residential and commercial assets as long term investments and co-develops residential projects in Portugal
Rui holds an Economics degree and a post-graduate attendance in Finance from ISCTE. Rui started his career as a Real Estate investment analyst, first at Benege Engeneer Services and later at CPU Consultancy. In 2006 Rui was hired as the CFO for The Edge Group – Private Equity. Two years after Rui founded his own company Aurei Investments, a consultancy firm that provides different services within the Real Estate scope, such as Advisory, Valuation and Financial analysis. Rui’s professional effort served companies such as CPU Consultancy, Krata, American Appraisal, PVW Valuations, REV Consultants, and several Banks, namely, Millennium BCP, Santander, Popular, BBVA, Barclays, Montepio Geral, Novo Banco and BPI.
Marta holds an Architecture degree from Lusíada University. After completing the graduation in 2004 Marta integrated an architecture company while collaborating with the worldwide known plastic artist Joana Vasconcelos. Later on, Marta integrated the architectural firm PB & RC, being involved in the development of luxury residential projects. In 2006 Marta joined The Edge Group – Private Equity being involved in analysing, developing and coordinating the execution of investments projects, mainly commercial Real Estate. Subsequently Marta collaborated with several architecture firms, such as, B&B, Casa GranTurismo, ArquiEspaço and Cor15A. Marta experience as an architect and project manager allowed her to collaborate in several type of projects, green field residential, rehabilitation of residential and commercial assets, Schools, and tertiary sector in Portugal and also Brazil. Today Marta is responsible for ALCH Capital Real Estate projects, from a project management and execution point of view.
